and complete listing of all area codes in the North American Numbering
Plan, including all of the US, and Canada, as well as parts of the
Caribbean & the south Pacific (newly incorporated into the North
American Numbering Plan). On the map, all existing area codes and
their boundaries are clearly shown. They have included blow-up details
for major cities so you can see the old and new boundaries and their
corresponding area codes. All currently scheduled changes for 2004
